Marketing Plan

Executive Summary

First and foremost, we believe in having a good product. In the dynamic realm of NFTs, customer loyalty has proven elusive. Platforms chased short-term gains over long-term benefits, and creator’s got the short-end of the stick.

Recognizing this, our platform is specifically designed with creators at the forefront, acknowledging that their communities are bound to follow wherever they go. By incorporating features that genuinely benefit creators and facilitating seamless onboarding for communities transitioning from Web2, listing on Grabbit presents a unique opportunity to connect with artists and creators venturing into the Web3 space.

Our strategy revolves around enhancing the value proposition for creators, positioning Grabbit as the superior choice over our competitors. This not only makes it more compelling for us to forge partnerships with leading creators in the space but also simplifies the outreach process.

Deviating from conventional user-focused marketing, our focus lies in attracting creators, confident that a dedicated creator community will naturally draw users. With a seasoned advisory team and robust connections with key influencers in the Cardano space, Grabbit is well-positioned to successfully attract and engage a significant number of creators.

Lastly, allocating equity for strategic partnerships with blue-chip projects in the industry will enhance our chances of collaborations with other noteworthy collections.

Target Market

We wanted to go to the “watering hole” first and gain traction with the Web3 crowd. But we knew the only way to grow the pie was to get the early adopters & early majority over. In effect, we had to get the Web2 crowd.

In the beginning, we tried to approach fine artists to a mixed response. Our conclusion was that our platform was a bit premature to get the fine art demographic at that point in time. Through this experience we recognized that the NFT Industry was showing signs of your classic product adoption curve and hype cycle.

Recognizing this, and knowing how painful it can be to “swim against the tide” we decided that the optimal strategy would be to first gain traction with those that were buying already, current NFT enthusiasts and community members, then move on to grab the early adopters and early majority. Given the team’s diverse background we felt that we were poised to be able to obtain these market segments after getting traction with current buyers. Consequently at onset our target markets for Creators and Collectors are outlined below.
