Introduction

Grabbit is the first fully decentralized NFT marketplace dedicated to providing a better creator experience. Offering empowering features, Grabbit enables creators to actively connect with their fanbase, fostering community growth and engagement while providing easy onboarding.

Problem

The NFT industry, while promising, is currently navigating through a tumultuous phase characterized by several interlinked challenges

  1. Centralization: NFT exchanges are progressively veering towards centralization, contradicting the fundamental ethos of Web3, which champions decentralization.
  2. Difficult Onboarding: Creators and their followers need Web3 knowledge.
  3. Unsustainable tokenomics: Poor tokenomics that favor the team and users at the expense of creators.
  4. Limited Use Cases: Creators lack a reason to migrate to W43 eb3
  5. Legal and Protection Issues: Buyers and sellers face limited legal recourse, undermining confidence in NFT transactions.

Incentivized Manipulation

In traditional markets, the practice of wash trading is prohibited to prevent the distortion of market analytics, ensuring an accurate representation of demand and discouraging trading decisions based on false information. Unfortunately, in the unregulated space of NFTs, leading exchanges have intentionally facilitated a conducive environment for wash trading. This is primarily attributed to the optional nature of royalty payments for buyers. In doing so, these exchanges have compromised the core tenets of decentralization, manipulating trading volumes to the detriment of the creators they should be championing.

Our platform is the first and only on-chain auction platform that provides absolute transparency and security for both creators and collectors. We've implemented measures that make it impossible for the platform to overlook royalty payments, fostering increased trust within the creator community

Complex Onboarding

Web3 opens its doors to everyone, yet for beginners, the onboarding journey can be daunting. Technological novices may feel overwhelmed by terms like hot or cold wallets, network fees, and tokenomics. Our solution is to streamline this process by introducing user-friendly custodial wallets, integrating familiar payment gateways, and exploring innovative ideas to make the Web3 experience more accessible to all.

Unsustainable Tokenomics

Web3 platforms frequently adopt tokenomics models that prioritize their teams or facilitate rapid inflation of token prices without establishing sustainable long-term objectives. These unsustainable tokenomics fail to generate genuine value within the ecosystem, aiming to capitalize on immediate hype and subsequently abandoning the native token when funding diminishes.

The success of the Blur token is attributed to its gamified tokenomics, elevating it above OpenSea across a spectrum of metrics. Yet, it's imperative to recognize that Blur's existing tokenomics lean towards favoring users, potentially affecting creators with optional royalty payments. Our strategy entails embracing the successful gamified incentive model and tailoring it to empower and propel the creator community. This involves incentivizing artists to create exclusive listings within Grabbit, employing a similar tokenomics framework that revolves around supporting and rewarding creators
